With 12 years of experience in the market and 75+ projects in process, we have a LEED accredited professional team of architects and environmental engineers, including LEED fellow.
Solar Passive Design
Analyzing local climate conditions through different softwares, we improve the original proposal in order to make a more efficient design implementing several architectural features to take advantage of the natural energy sources.
Our experience in energy modeling goes to nearly 50 projects mainly for projects pursuing the LEED certification. The preferred software used for our models is eQUEST® 3.65, which complies with the section G2.2 of the ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA 90.1 standard, and allows us a quick analysis between options provided for the projects we are involved. Other software used are Open Studio® and Simergy® with Energy Plus®.
Health & Productivity
The building design has the potential to make a positive impact in the health and productivity of users in the work place, with strategies that include thermal health, indoor environmental quality, natural light and biophilia. Further more, communicating to users these improvements has the potential to boost cognitive function, as was proved by the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health study.
EOSIS achieved the B Corp Certification, which is certified by the nonprofit B Lab to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
I recommend the EOSIS team, who were always willing and open to discuss new possibilities to achieve outstanding energy performance. They implemented out of the box architectural solutions and environmentally friendly materials. In addition to the enthusiasm and creativity of the young team, the relation was always friendly and professional, as a result we have hired them in our coming projects.

I was impressed by his thoughtfulness in preparing the Green Building Drinks and the insightfulness of his questions, as well as by the participation from the audience and their palpable excitement to be there and engage with their colleagues. From my conversations with the people in attendance, it was very clear that Green Building Drinks has played and continues to play an important role in the green building movement in Mexico.

The EOSIS team showed great professionalism during the certification process of Atmosfera. Through energy simulation, EOSIS advised the design team about the best way of using materials, mechanical equipment and implementation of architectural design strategies that improved the building’s energy performance. EOSIS directed several Charrette meetings which involved the whole project’s team in the design process of the building. In addition, they always answered the design team’s questions in a timely and accurate way.

EOSIS Mexico has participated in the LEED Committee in Mexico which SUMe leads, and he has been very helpful addressing the importance to enhance the health impact for the construction workers an important theme that wasn't addressed before. This team create and propose an Alternative Compliance Path for Regional Credits in LEED, proposing the credit "Health for Construction Workers", which is mainly focused on the law requirements, but also goes further and includes measures to diminish the social inequality gap, improve workers’ eating habits and even to prevent alcoholism and domestic violence.
