“LEED Fellow” is the most prestigious designation awarded by GBCI (Green Business Certification Institute) an organization that lead the LEED Certification, among others. It is granted to those professionals who have proven to be exceptional leaders and have been showed a strong commitment, service spirit and having been promoting sustainable building for the last 10 years. It is granted every year to nearly 25 worldwide professionals.

B Corp

LEED® O+M: Commercial Interiors, V4.1 and B corp certification make synergy and are valuable tool for business that are looking to attract and retain young talent. Together have the opportunity to transform the economy into one that is better for the people, society and the natural environment upon which our quality of life depends.

The B Impact Assessment is the most credible tool a company can use to measure its impact on its different stakeholders: its workers, community, and environment. We offer consultancy of how to achieve the new LEED® O+M: Commercial Interiors, V4.1, and the opportunities to achieve points to retrain or increase the B Corp certification by marking the two systems work together.

Our organization became an honoree on the Best for the World 2018 and 2019. Having scored the top 10 percent of all Certified B Corps on the Environment category was thanks to the synergy with LEED, being the presenting company own office one of first 10 spaces in North America certified as LEED® ID+C: Commercial Interiors, V4, Platinum level, and currently under process for the LEED® O+M: Commercial Interiors, V4.1.
